I just wanted to let you know how much everyone enjoyed my son's fire-engine party yesterday. It was absolutely brilliant and I am delighted to say that the girls were really into driving the fire-engine trucks as well as the boys! Valeriane and the chap with her were lovely and really helpful.

I am writing to thank you very much for your support at our Fire Walk event. The fact that with virtually no notice at all you were able to provide us with a bouncy castle without fuss or drama was exceptional customer service. Leigh, who looked after entertainments, told me how simple, straightforward and pleasant you made it for her to complete the arrangements and I am grateful to you for your help.

I can assure you that the many youngsters who attended with their parents made very good use of the castle, going home exhausted but happy!

We are very new to major events of the nature of our Fire Walk but now hope to run more in the coming year. Your name, and the fact of such excellent service, is now in our records and, if we do repeat the process, we shall know exactly who to contact.

Many thanks for the wonderful party organised for my daughter Jessica. Although she was not a 100% due to a ear infection both Gabrielle and Sophia made her feel special and the event was extremely happy. All the children had a fantastic time. Gabrielle and Sophia both worked hard from the minute they came in till the end, and as my husband also observed they were both very courteous and polite.
